Processing and Delivery
- Stock items ship from our yard/warehouse within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation.
- Heavy machinery/parts may take 5–10 days for packing/loading.
- Delivery estimates are shared on the quotation.
- Once shipped, we send carrier details and tracking links via email/website.

You may arrange pickup via your forwarder; packing/handling charges apply. Provide carrier details and service level to sales. Arize Marine Tech LLP accepts no liability for loss/damage during transit—resolve directly with your carrier.
Local Customs Charges
Buyer is responsible for all import duties, GST/IGST, customs clearance, demurrage, and local taxes. We provide invoice, packing list, and relevant certificates to facilitate inbound clearance. Arize Marine Tech LLP is not liable for customs charges or delays; buyers must comply with their country’s regulations.
Order Status and Issues
- Missing/Delayed Order: Notify us if transit exceeds the quoted timeline; we assist in tracking (port/customs delays not our liability).
- Item Out of Stock: We hold the order or dispatch when available.
- Item Unavailable: We will suggest alternatives or provide a full refund if paid.
