Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Overview
Arize Marine Tech LLP processes refunds only on valid order cancellations per this policy. All sales are final unless specified below.
When We Accept Cancellations/Returns
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery (notify us in writing immediately).
- Material is unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original condition.
- After 7 days: No returns or refunds accepted.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Damage during installation/handling at buyer's site/vessel.
- Material used, installed, or modified.
- Custom or made-to-order items.
- Buyer’s change of mind or commercial reasons.
Refund Process
- Email arizemarinetech@gmail.com within 7 days with invoice #, photos, and reason.
- Obtain return approval and instructions.
- Ship back at buyer's cost (risk on buyer).
- Post-inspection: refund net amount (deducted charges) within 7–15 days via bank transfer.
